Do I need to install any software?

No. Hisabi runs entirely in your browser. There is nothing to download, install, or maintain. You can access it from any device — desktop, laptop, or tablet — as long as you have a browser and an internet connection.
Is my data safe and private?

Yes. Your store data is stored securely on our servers and is never shared with third parties. All data transmission is encrypted. You can export your data at any time.
Are the receipts GST-compliant?

Yes. Every receipt shows a separate CGST (2.5%) and SGST (2.5%) breakdown, which is the standard format for GST billing in India. You can also add your GSTIN to the receipt header.
Can I use my own UPI ID?

Absolutely. During setup, you enter your store's UPI ID and display name. The QR code on every receipt will point directly to your UPI ID with the bill amount pre-filled.
What happens after the 14-day trial?

You will be asked to choose a paid plan. Your data is preserved regardless of your choice. If you do not subscribe, your account moves to read-only mode — you can view past records but cannot create new bills.
Can I use Hisabi on a mobile phone?

Hisabi is designed primarily for desktop and tablet use since billing workflows benefit from a larger screen. It is accessible on mobile browsers but the experience is optimized for wider viewports.
